Pishtaz Bakhtar Company, is a casting factory in Iran, located in the industrial city of Kermanshah, started its activity in 1984 and is engaged in casting all kinds of steel, cast iron, and aluminum parts on a land with an area of 5500 square meters and about 2000 square meters of production hall infrastructure.

- Parts related to cement factories with a history of 35 years of cooperation with most cement units throughout the country such as (Tehran, Zanjan, West, Larestan, Ghaen, Dashtestan, Saman, Abadeh, Firoozkooh, Khazar, Doroud, Urmia, Bojnourd, Ilam, Shargh, Delijan, Behbahan, Kashan desert, Khuzestan, Tis, etc.) We have useful and constructive experiences.
- Parts related to factories producing crushers and their separate parts: In this section, which includes a wide range of types of anti-wear parts such as hammers, liners, etc., in addition to providing domestic consumption, crusher sets are exported to neighboring countries through the manufacturers
- Parts related to other industries such as the food industry, petrochemical industry, etc., which are custom-made and mostly through reverse engineering.

Designing and drawing technical drawings of required parts and models based on the sample of the original or worn part (reverse engineering)

Making all kinds of simple and complex models in the form of free models or plates made of wood or aluminum.

Casting
Casting and production of various parts from 500 g to 500 kg with different materials such as cast iron (gray, ductile, Ni-hard) and various steels (carbon, alloy, manganese, refractory, anti-wear) according to international standards.

Heat Treatment
Performing heat treatment based on the needs of each group of parts according to the relevant technical standards, including hardening operations on the parts, normaling, annealing, etc., which can accommodate about 2 tons of parts and the dimensions of the furnace carriage plate with a length of 2.50 and a width of 1.50 meter

Machining
Performing machining operations on light and heavy parts using the machines available in the company’s machining hall, which include: 1 and 2 meter lathes and heavy lathes up to 1350 mm in diameter, NC milling machine, lathe machine with a course of 700 mm, Boring multifunction machine with rotating plate, radial drill machine, parts cutting machine, etc
